Acceptance of these terms

By using rdp-login.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply only to this independent information website and do not replace the terms imposed by Microsoft, a Remote Desktop service provider, your employer, a system owner, or another third party.

Unofficial fan-site status

RDP Access Guide is a fan-created educational website. It is not an official Microsoft website, Remote Desktop Web Client, RDP gateway, cloud desktop provider, login portal, reseller, or technical-support desk. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or acting on behalf of Microsoft or another vendor. References to RDP, Windows, Remote Desktop, and third-party products are descriptive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The domain rdp-login.com identifies this editorial resource. It does not mean that visitors can sign in to a remote computer through this site. We do not create or verify user accounts, hold credentials, authorize sessions, issue licenses, recover passwords, or access private computers.

Authorized use only

Remote access must be performed only with explicit permission from the owner or authorized administrator of the target system. Content on this site may not be used to gain access to an account, device, server, network, or session without authorization. You are responsible for following applicable law, workplace rules, contracts, license terms, and security policies.

Do not submit credentials, one-time codes, private keys, recovery codes, confidential addresses, or sensitive logs to this site. If a guide discusses a diagnostic command or setting, evaluate it in the context of your own approved environment and keep a recovery path.

Educational information, not professional services

Articles explain general RDP access concepts, configuration patterns, security considerations, and troubleshooting methods. They do not constitute a managed service, security audit, legal opinion, warranty, or individualized engineering advice. Environments differ in operating systems, licensing, network design, identity providers, certificates, and policy. A method that is appropriate on a test network may be unsuitable in production.

We aim for accuracy and readable technical context, but product features and recommendations change. Verify system requirements, support status, license rights, security advisories, and binding instructions using current official documentation. Consult an authorized administrator before changing a system you do not own.

No downloads or credential processing

We do not host Remote Desktop installers, modified clients, activation files, credential tools, or software packages. Links to external documentation or product pages are provided for convenience. Inspect the destination domain before downloading anything or entering information. We will never ask for an RDP password through an article, popup, email, or contact form.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that following an article will establish a connection, resolve an error, secure an environment, or avoid data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operators and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, service interruption, security incidents, or business loss arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

External services and links

Third-party websites, social networks, clients, and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or control. We are not responsible for external content, availability, software, account decisions, or data handling.

Intellectual property and corrections

Original text and site presentation may be protected by copyright. You may link to public pages and quote brief passages with attribution where law permits. Do not reproduce substantial content or imply that we endorsed a product or service. If you believe material is inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact us with the page URL, a clear explanation, and evidence of authority. We will review good-faith notices.

Changes and governing principles

We may update these terms or change, suspend, and remove site content. The date above identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms should be interpreted consistently with applicable law and the independent, informational nature of the site.

Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@rdp-login.com. We cannot answer official product, billing, account, or access-authorization requests.
